Former Emergency Medicine doctor.

Burnout forced a shift. I stopped trying to fix myself and started understanding  brain actually works. I rebuilt momentum in a way that fits real life.

Now I help busy-brained midlife women follow through on what they keep putting last.

I don’t treat hormones. I design momentum around them, and the transitions they cause.
